2. Our SOUL and LIFE can be seen as the sum of all feelings we have ever created.

Our awareness of some of these can be called our memory
Our Feelings are the language of our Soul, honoring our Feelings, means honoring our Self

We have received natural e-motions (Energy in motion) at birth to help us navigate and choose in Life
Natural emotions that are continually repressed can become harmful:

Grief continually repressed can become chronic depression
Anger continually repressed can become rage
Envy continually repressed can become jealousy
Fear continually repressed can become panic
Love continually repressed can become possessiveness

3. LIFE is energy in motion. Nothing is ever static.

In this Cosmic Wheel, LIFE is based on Free Will
and Choice. It can be seen as a CD-ROM, where all Possibilities exist and have already occurred, every possible move has been placed on the disc along with its appropriate response. WE get to select which one we choose to experience.

In the Universe, WE are CO-CREATORs with every other Being, and we are in a constant process of Creating Me Now, Being in the Present Moment. There is only One Moment – this moment – The Eternal Moment of Now

4. LIFE can be a process of CREATION rather than REACTION

CREATION is based on:

1st level: THOUGHT incl. FEELING and INTUITION,
which are Ideas formed
2nd level: WORD, which is Ideas expressed,
thus more dynamic than Thought to send
forth Creative Energy into the Universe
3rd level: ACTION, which are Words moving,
fulfilled and manifested

REACTION is based on:

Our perceptions/feelings of/about
an experience
in the past

not being in the now

Every situation we are experiencing is (co)-created by ourselves. We can chose to no longer be the victims of events, and rather act with Faith: Faith can be gratitude in advance for all that I Create We can celebrate and enjoy all that we have created and Create; Welcome challenges and difficult times as a gift that permits Me to define MySelf and then choose differently What we condemn in Creation, our Life, we condemn in ourselves Having “understood” is not enough. We know that we have changed when our actions manifest a change What I resist, persists

5. We are NOT responsible for any other Human Soul than ourSelf

We CANNOT create in someone else’s Reality
Each Soul is the Creator of its Reality and is exactly where it is supposed to be in its own Evolution The purpose of relationships between Souls is NOT to have another who might complete us, but to Be with someone with whom we might share our completeness.

I treat my fellow Souls the way I wish to be treated by them
I can only truly love another, if I truly love myself
There are no victims, only Creators
My Soul has chosen my family, my friends, my environment and all experiences in my Life

6. We can choose that there is no right or wrong, only CONSEQUENCES

Consequences are natural outcomes, results of our choices, NOT punishments. Something is wrong or right only according to ONE’S PERSONAL BELIEF SYSTEMS: Does this opinion serve ME NOW in my Life and Evolution?

7. My Truth is formed by my belief systems:

My Truth is based on my personal experiences, through my eyes, and integrated by my being
My Truth is never the Truth of someone else, but may be the mirror for his/her Free Choice
The Truth of someone else is never my Truth, but may be the mirror for my Free Choice
We always have the Choice
Freedom is Life lived without limiting beliefs
We are One and Connected with All

Unconditional Love Unifies All and Everyone, while Respecting the Individuality of each of Us

The sensation of Separation can be based on the variations of the 3 great “Love-separators:”:

The belief in Need
The belief in Limitation
The belief in Jealousy

There are no obligations, there are opportunities. A situation is simply a situation. How I feel about this situation is what defines my life

The SOUL conceives, the MIND creates, the BODY experiences through Feeling. Physical pain and symptoms is the way of the body and soul to call us back to Who We Are. When we are not in our body, We are not in alignment with ourselves and we fail to be in Wellness, in the Present Moment
