Terms and Policy

Disclaimer:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients as well as our practitioners, the following policies are honored:

Cancellation, rescheduling:
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
The full fee of the session will be incurred in case of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment.

No-shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”
The full fee of the session will be incurred in case of a no-show.

Late Arrivals:
In case of late arrivals, the session may be shortened in order to respect the schedule of the practitioner and their client as well as following appointments.
Full fee of the session will be incurred regardless of the time lost to the late arrival.
